Note that we may have to verify your identity to be certain that it is you that has submitted the request. On receipt of the data, if you find that anything needs correcting, you can contact us again at the same email or postal address. We’ll then take steps to check the accuracy and make the correction(s).

As of 25 May 2018 and the introduction of the GDPR, if you request a copy of your information, we must provide it in a format that can be easily reused. This is known as ‘the right to portability’. You can also ask us to pass your information on to other organisations on your behalf.

Controlling and restricting use of your data

You also have ‘the right to be forgotten’ and can ask us to delete the information we hold. If you would like us to delete your data, email us or write to us at the addresses above and we shall delete it, provided there is no legal reason that we can’t.
