Next, we agree the details of exactly what we’ll be working on and when. You’ll have a clear view of the plan right from the start, so there are no surprises as we go.
Then it’s time to do what we promised — design, develop, deliver. We’ll need your input at key stages but, beyond that, we’ll involve you as much or as little as you like.
